2025 Poster/Exhibit Hall Information
The Poster/Exhibit Hall will be located in the Indigo Ballroom at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel. Attendees will be able to view all posters throughout the entire conference. More detailed information about the poster sessions will be provided in February 2025.

Poster/Exhibitor Session # 1
- Join the Odd-numbered Final ID poster presenters as they showcase their work.
- Food and beverages will be available.
Friday, May 9, 2025
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Poster/Exhibitor Session # 2
- Join the even-numbered Final ID poster presenters as they showcase their work.
- Food and beverages will be available.
ATTENTION, POSTER PRESENTERS: PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All posters will be displayed until Saturday, May 10, 2025, at noon in the Indigo Ballroom.
- Posters will be viewed in two (2) sessions, as outlined below.
- Presenters should be at their posters for their entire discussion session and should not be removed early.

Posters to be Installed: Wednesday, May 7th, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Dismantle All Posters: Saturday, May 10th, no later than Noon
- Posters left unclaimed by noon on Saturday, May 10th, during the 2025 Annual Meeting will not be the responsibility of the event organizers.
- Unclaimed posters will not be returned.
